A Sixth Grader’s Thought for the Day:
A miracle is something extraordinary that happens without any strings attached.

Proverb for the day:
If you are wise, your wisdom will reward you; if you are a mocker, you alone will suffer.  (Proverbs 9:12)

Dear Lord Jesus, trouble follows trouble in our land.  We cannot ignore trouble in hopes that it will go away.  If there is something we can do about it, please reveal the answer to us.  In the meantime, Lord, help us to stay close  to You in earnest prayer and sweet fellowship, so we do not become part of the trouble.  As we care for and serve the needs of others, may we experience the joy of those who walk with you, in Jesus’ name.  Amen.
